It was very easy to install in the box and works very well since over 2 years now. The TV is protected and out of sight when not in use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1st one did not work. 2nd one seems to be working fine. *by C***D on 3 February 2020* The first one i purchased did not want to lift more than about 20 lbs. no joke. It would lift up about an inch at a time and shut down. I ordered another one and this one seems to be working good. I hope i get a long life out of this one. Pretty easy to install, i didn't really use the instructions.. I went with a flat top lift. One of my only gripes is that the cord on the wired controller should have been about 5 feet longer. If it was than you could leave the control box, and the power supply box inside what ever cabinet you build, instead of having to have all of that outside the box/cabinet. Not the end of the world, its all tucked under my bed, but still, for $300.00 It would have been a little nicer and cleaner. All and all i'm happy so far, well... my wife is happy.
