It's a "product of Chili" and is processed and canned in New Jersey. Salt and water added. **Q: Are the cans BPA free ?** A: Nothing on them indicates they are BPA free. That said, who knows what has been used to replace BPA. If you want canned food to remain safe, they need flexible plastics. I struggle with this too. **Q: Kosher certified?** A: All I can tell you is I saw nothing advertised that it is Kosher certified and there is nothing on the can that claims it is.
