**Q: Can you use the T shape as an L / Corner, just leaving one output empty?**
A: Yes I can see no reason why not

**Q: how do you open the wire clip**
A: If you look closely it pivots about one edge so with a little persuasion and a sharp finger nail it will pop open eventually!

**Q: Would these connectors work with Govee dreamcolor led strip light**
A: On the led strip there are gold parts, if there are four then these are not the right ones. The ones you are looking for are four pin instead

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A bit tricky to use, but do the job.

As others have commented, they are quite tricky to open (I used a penknife blade to pry the catch). Getting the strip light tape in is also difficult (and will be impossible if the protective tape has been removed from the adhesive backing). So, cut your light strip to length and fit it into the corner pieces before removing the protective backing tape. I found a thin bladed spudger very useful for easing the light strip under the contacts, and the strip is held firmly once the catch is closed. After this cut the backing tape close to each connector and remove it to expose the light strip's adhesive back.
