There are more expensive and cheaper options. This brand is reputable and after seeing a YouTube video demonstation decided to go with them. You wnat the wound to drain and the bandage to lock in that drainage. Normal bandages and gauze which my dermatologist gave me don't do that. I went that route and realized they cheaped me out after studying would healing. I feel these bandages accelerated my healing process which is not nearly complete. The one thing is you may get an alergic reacton to them such as redness and itchiness. It wont be on the wound iteself but were the bandage touches the rest of the skin. Initially I thought was deu to my would healing but later the nurse told me its due this bandage. Regardless, the trade off was worth it for me. Again, buy them/ They are espensive but will help you post surgery where there are sutures.
