Width could be wider as I don't think ... *by V***Z on Reviewed in the United States on January 18, 2016* Boots are nice. Width could be wider as I don't think they are a true 4E. Biggest complaint that there isn't a tab on the back of the boot to pull them on. Maybe it will get easier to put on as they break in but for now it is fairly tough getting on. Also didn't like how they lace all the way up through eyelets. Rather would have liked the last two eyelets at the top be "C" eyelets where you just put the shoestring in from the side and not through an actual eyelet hole. Would make for faster putting on and taking off. Will not buy these again. Should have stuck with tried and true boots I have bought in the past.Propet makes a much better boot for almost half the cost. ### ⭐ JUNK *by K***L on Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2016* These are junk. I can't believe that New Balance would put their name on them. I have been a fan of their shoes for a long time but from here on out I will look carefully and with trepidation before ever considering buying their shoes again. [which means not using Amazon to do so.] Too large to start with. I wear a 10D fairly perfectly in almost any brand. The uppers on these were cut so big that they wrinkled when I cinched down the laces. Wrinkles in the mid-sole [from assembly?] , D-rings a 1/4" too big for their mounts which causes them to turn [see pics], extremely poor stitching and frayed edges. Poor design, worse fabrication. They look like factory seconds to me and not what I expected from New Balance. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good and not so good *by B***S on Reviewed in the United States on December 31, 2015* Ordered 9 4E: please only use this review if ordering the wide versions.
