Very durable and will hold up for multiple catches. Texas rig or wacky worm is the best way to fish these! Review: Wacky rig anglers best friend 😂 - One of my favorite colors of Senko and one of my most productive lures for years. Cant beat the quality of the yamamoto senkos versus the imitations. Definitely catch more fish on a single one than any of the knock offs, a great value per fish die to the durability alone. Throw one of these on a Gamakatsu weedless wacky rig hook and the bass cant resist it. Will catch bass of all sizes though since even the little ones will go after it, but some days i dont mind catching a pile of the little guys if nothing else is biting, catching little ones is way better than just getting skunked. Seems like the yamamotos are just the perfect size versus the competition. These just catch fish. ## Features - The Senko is a staple in the fishing world. The original soft-plastic stickbait comes in sizes ranging from 3 inches up to 7, and it has become the #1 choice of anglers everywhere. “Iconic” is an understatement – the Senko has spawned thousands of imposters, but nothing beats the original. - Versatility is a key attribute of the Senko, allowing it to be fished in a multitude of ways that all end up putting more fish in the boat. The only wrong way to fish a Senko is to not fish with the original Senko. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00144C270 | | Best Sellers Rank | #509 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #1 in Fishing Soft Plastic Lures | | Brand | Yamamoto | | Brand Name | Yamamoto | | Color | GREEN PUMPKIN W/ LARGE GREEN & PURPLE FLAKE | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 6,461 Reviews | | Fishing Hook Type | Stickbait | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00783670070503 | | Included Components | Soft Baits | | Item Dimensions | 1 x 1 x 1 inches | | Item Type Name | 5" SENKO | | Item Weight | 9.07 g | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 1 x 1 x 1 inches | | Manufacturer | Yamamoto | | Manufacturer Part Number | YAM-9-10-301 | | Material | Plastic | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Number | YAM-9-10-301 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 10 | | Point Style | Rolled In Point | | Set Name | 10 Pack | | Size | 3-Inch (Pack of 1) | | Style Name | Classic | | Target Species | Bass | | UPC | 757183488209 783670070503 | | Unit Count | 10 Count | | Warranty Description | Limited | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Yamamoto - **Color:** GREEN PUMPKIN W/ LARGE GREEN & PURPLE FLAKE - **Item Weight:** 9.07 g - **Material:** Plastic - **Size:** 3-Inch (Pack of 1) ## Images ![Yamamoto 5" Senko - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71BV0Mh+iaL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Could these be used to catch stripped bass?** A: I’ve never used them anywhere but fresh water but have caught all species with them. If I were to try them in the ocean I would use the 6 in or larger. I usually fish them in 10 feet of water or less. The bait has a unique sinkinging motion that attracts the bite.Buy a pack and experiment. Use a similar color you use for Strippers. **Q: what size hook should i use??** A: For Texas rig I use a Gamakatsu 3/0 EWG hook. For wacky there are several options but a size 1 gamakatsu octopus circle hook or equivalent from Owner or your favorite brand work very well. **Q: How many in a pack?** A: 10 per pack. **Q: how many do i get?** A: Depends what size you buy. 6- 7 per pack 5 1/2- 10 ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bass love 'em *by M***K on September 10, 2026* Never fails, green pumpkin senko will always hit for me.
