Review: SO GOOD - THIS IS SO DELICIOUS. ARRIVED FRESH AND IT WAS SO EASY TO PREPARE. THE TEXTURE IS SO MUCH FIRMER THEN CAULIFLOWER RICE. IT IS FILLING AND ODOR FREE. I WILL PURCHASE AGAIN.
Review: Good way to cut carbs - - Good for adding to other starches (rice/pasta) . These come packed in a water type liquid - has a very strong odor & taste if eaten directly from bag - definitely recommend rinsing ALOT (we actually boil ours before use) . We have eaten on own with sauce, butter, cheese etc however we definitely prefer using as a way to lower our carb intake by adding it to regular rice or pasta (I do a 50/50 mix and even 75% hearts of palm to 25% regular brown rice. Good way to help cut back without feeling like you’re missing out on carbs. I will repurchase when needed.

A: There is a "packaged on" date on the package and a "best by date" for example the order I recieved a few weeks ago has a packeged by date of 2-22-2021 and a best by date of 8-24-2022. When I recieved my order it would basically have a 6 month shelf life. Hope that helps?
