I do use it on the tile floor of the powder room off of the kitchen because it seems ridiculous not to, and I have not seen any adverse effects. You could check the Zep website; perhaps they have a more definitive answer. **Q: Do you wash this off with water after applying?** A: I use this on my kitchen and bathroom floors and don't wash it off. It can be used sparingly and does the job really well. **Q: can thise remove water stains from my vinyl bathroom flooring?** A: Vinyl floor cleaner **Q: Is rinsing required with this product?** A: Rinsing not required ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally my vinyl floor is looking good 😊 *by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 18 February 2026* My vinyl floor looks solid and clean 😍 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FAST RESPONSE *by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 9 February 2026* GREAT PRODUCT AND VERY FAST RESPONSE FROM THE SELLER ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Help keep grout clean. *by on Reviewed in Canada 21 May 2026* This is PH balanced so it doesn't add oil to your floor which absorbs dirt in grout. ## Frequently Bought Together - Zep Neutral PH Industrial Floor Cleaner - 1 Gallon - ZUNEUT128 - Concentrated Pro Trusted All-Purpose Floor Cleaner - Zep Grout Cleaner and Brightener - 32 Ounce (1 Bottle) - ZU104632 - Deep Cleaning Formula Removes Old Stains From Grout - Clean-EEZ Grout Sealer - Protect Your Floors and Showers from Stains - Natural Stone Safe - Water and Oil Shield - Large 32 oz Bottle --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/280194407-neutral-ph-floor-cleaner-concentrate-1-gallon-zuneut128-pro-trusted](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/280194407-neutral-ph-floor-cleaner-concentrate-1-gallon-zuneut128-pro-trusted) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
