There are some tricks to get the cleanest cuts out of them; flip the cutter over and rub with you finger or a tool all over the back of the cutter by hand till the excess rubs off, and use the plunger to push it up and out rather than pressing down on a table. if you press down on a table you will run the risk of uneven lines on the top of your flowers.
