If you are sitting up double the pillow so it looks like one C and place behind your neck. **Q: Is it washable?** A: Yes, the pillow is washable. But after it goes through the dryer, it fluffs up more than I like. So I use the zip-in pillow cases and only wash THEM. That works well for me.
