**Q: Which is better capsules or tablets?**
A: I have the capsules and they are easier to take than tablets. So I would recommend you get capsules.

**Q: Description says "90 TABLETS," picture shows bottle of CAPSULES; which will I receive?**
A: 90 capsules

**Q: is it gluten free?**
A: Oops I did not read the label and the bottle is not here right now.  It has made me able to digest gluten, but I still need to be gluten free since my body continues to react negatively even when I take enzymes and HCL.
