It has holes on either end of the top bar but nothing in the center. **Q: How is the velcro end closure supposed to be used? There is a strip of velcro across the top edge but I don't see what that is to attach to..** A: One thing I can tell you is this: if you're over 6 feet tall, this frame is too short to hold your backdrop at a sufficient height. Mine is collecting dust, while I just stapled velcro to the top seam of the backdrop cloth, and attached it to a wall with command strip stickers. **Q: How long is the warranty?** A: I had no clue it had a warranty! News to me but it is good for balloons and backdrops. Just have to take care of it.
