So I wanted to upgrade and so here we are. As the pictures show, they came out great. I had a lot of difficulty getting them out, but this is more than likely due to my inexperience and not tempering them chocolate correctly (still working on that). But an hour in the freezer and out they came! I didn’t tap the mold enough to get rid of the bubbles, but as you can see they are clean and smooth. Made of high quality polycarbonate, thick material. I can bang it on the counter and it doesn’t break. There is one scratch/imperfection on the side but it doesn’t impact the mold. As long as your chocolate is tempered they come out beautifully and easily! The chocolates are a perfect bite size as well. So far I’ve made vanilla, chocolate, and raspberry ganache fillings.
