All my other pots and pan are 25 years old either made in the United States or France and are traditionally heavy duty stainless steel /aluminum and I decided splurge to match the high-quality of what I already own. This stock pot does not disappoint. It's heavy duty super high-quality and if you want to spend the extra money it is totally worth it. Highly recommend recommended.

There are some very very nice 12 quart stock parts on Amazon for $69.00. They are constructed using a thinner grade of stainless steel/aluminum with a heavy bottom welded on. All my other pots and pan are 25 years old either made in the United States or France and are traditionally heavy duty stainless steel /aluminum and I decided splurge to match the high-quality of what I already own. This stock pot does not disappoint. It's heavy duty super high-quality and if you want to spend the extra money it is totally worth it. Highly recommend recommended.

This is a high quality, very well made cooking pot. No sharp edges. Inside is well-marked with quantity line (I can’t remember if it’s quarts or some other measurement, but you understand what I mean, I hope). Very shiny, good heft to this pot. The lid sealed very well. I bought this pot so I could boil ten pounds of potatoes for Thanksgiving. Did the job beautifully, was the perfect size.
