The Standard Door Anchor requires a minimum 2 mm gap between the door and frame. Place the stopper on the opposite side of the door, then thread your band through the anchor strap. - HEAVY-DUTY WORKOUT STRAP: Durable webbing and reinforced stitching create a reliable resistance band door anchor for regular training. The padded contact area helps reduce rubbing on compatible workout bands during use. - HIGH-INTENSITY TRAINING AT HOME: Set up your resistance band anchor at the top, side or bottom of a suitable closed door to change the exercise angle for pulls, presses, rows, stretches and full-body workouts. - CHOOSE YOUR VERSION: Select the Standard Door Anchor for everyday home training, or choose the XL Door Anchor with Carabiner. The XL version includes a carabiner, 900D Oxford strap, 23 cm length and a 5.6 × 4.3 cm foam stopper. - WIDE BAND COMPATIBILITY: This door attachment for resistance bands works with compatible loop bands, exercise tubing, suspension-style trainers and gymnastic rings. No drilling or permanent wall mounting required. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08LK7Y78T | | Best Sellers Rank | 3,023 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) 81 in Resistance Bands 90 in Strength Training Equipment Attachments | | Brand Name | Slim Panda | | Colour | 2 Pack | | Country Of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (738) | | Included Components | 2× Door Anchor | | Item Dimensions L x W | 23L x 4.6W centimetres | | Item Thickness | 1.8 Inches | | Item Type Name | Door Anchor Strap for Resistance Bands | | Item Weight | 41 g | | Manufacturer | Slim Panda | | Manufacturer Part Number | SP-CA-DAS-2 | | Material Type | foam | | Model Name | Spdooranchor | | Model Number | SP-CA-DAS-2 | | Number of Resistance Levels | 2 | | Special Features | Adjustable, Durable | | Sport Type | Exercise & Fitness, Fitness | | Style Name | Pull Up | | Tension Supported | Heavy | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Slim Panda - **Colour:** 2 Pack - **Item weight:** 41 g - **Material:** foam - **Sport:** Exercise & Fitness, Fitness ## Images ![Slim Panda Door Anchor for Resistance Bands, Heavy Duty Workout Strap - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71UUVDEPVJL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does anyone know how to secure a strap? Mine gets loose very quickly once I put it through the buckle** A: It's not a product that's built to last to be honest. My buckle snapped and I got pelted with 3 bands last time I used mine. At least yours is warning you it's about to snap **Q: Does this include the elastic bands with hand grips and ankle grip?** A: Hi, Yes, you get one set of grips as well as different strengths of elastic band. You will need someone fairly strong to attach the part that holds everything onto the door to be as tight as possible. Good luck! **Q: What is it's breaking strain?** A: Consistent use ## Frequently Bought Together - Slim Panda Door Anchor Strap for Resistance Bands, Door Resistance Bands for Workouts, Strength Training, Portable Door Gym Attachment for Home Fitness, Multi Point Anchor Workout Equipment - Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands with Instruction Guide and Carry Bag, Set of 5 - Manificent Door Anchor for Resistance Bands, Heavy Duty Padded Door Anchor System Door Hook, Must-Have Workout Exercise Bands Attachment Compatible for Loop Bands, Resistance Tube, Yoga Strap --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/273314335-slim-panda-door-anchor-for-resistance-bands-heavy-duty-workout](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/273314335-slim-panda-door-anchor-for-resistance-bands-heavy-duty-workout) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
