The balm has a terrific scent, which is as described by the seller. The scent is not strong, so it doesn't clash with the cologne I occasionally wear. The balm tames unruly facial hair a little more than the beard oil I bought from Badass - also in Biker scent. I use both the oil and the balm together and it does not produce a greasy or oily result at all. I use the recommended amount, which is about dime-sized for each. I have read reviews stating the balm doesn't completely dissolve or is difficult to completely dissolve and I my experience has been the balm dissolves very easily in my palm. It's a bit firm in the tin, so I have successfully extracted it by gently using the back of my fingernail.
