**Q: The glue does not stick to the plastic pieces well.. every time I try to pull it out the plastic piece comes off the glue.. what should I do?**
A: Be sure you clean the plastic table with alcohol.  I've found heating the tab prior to the glue can help.  Mostly I found that Surebonder high temperature clear sticks work best.

**Q: I dont think I fully understand -- you glue a pad to the dent, you pull up the dent.  Then, how do you remove the glue and pad?**
A: The glue is placed on pullers which then are placed on the dent you use tools to pull on the pullers then you remove the glue with a special remover off of the pullers

**Q: I am having difficulty getting the black glue to stick to bare metal. Are these glue sticks not meant to be used on bare metal?**
A: It had to be cleaned with 91% isopropyl alcohol/ denatured alcohol first to remove any contaminants and panel has to be warm in order to stick properly.

**Q: Do you have same thing in mini size and does that work for car dent removal?**
A: Glue works great
