I recommend doing half of the windshield at a time. Buff the windshield with a microfiber cloth immediately after applying. Continue buffing until there is no excess product left on the glass, and no haze visible on the glass. It is crucial that you do this immediately, or you will develop a haze on the windshield that takes significant effort to remove. Once you have applied the Aquapel to the windshield, I recommend that you do not use your wipers or spray nozzles for 24 hours after application. Keep the windshield dry for this 24 hour period to allow the product to cure onto the windshield. You can also add air conditioning and defrost with some heat to clear the windshield if you brought moisture in from getting wet in the rain. The air outside is dryer than the air inside due to the fact that the moisture outside has condensed into rain drops. Allowing it in through turning off “Recycle air” feature is the best option. **Q: I live on the coast and sea spray on my windows makes them look foggy. Would this be a good product for home windows?** A: If what you're seeing is dried salt, then no.
