I have used real biocorneum and it is amazing, I'm concerned that this is a fake or expired as some reviews say.** A: I've only used what I found on Amazon. I stopped using it because of the cost and results seemed to stop on my TT scar. Either that or I'm slow healing, I'm 59 and now use Mederma scar gel. It's cheaper and fading my scar quicker.
