**Q: The title says Thermostat: At what temperature does this thermostat keep the chocolate?  How, with no batteries?**
A: To temper the chocolate you need a surface to lower the temperature. The spatula is only to handle the chocolate, it does nothing to its temperature.

**Q: My spatula arrived with a slightly curved blade. This does flatten out with pressure. Is this curve to be expected or should it be perfectly flat?**
A: It is supposed to be flat.
