Review: My favorite Mg cream--now in a great new tube - I use Mg cream/lotion every day to relieve muscle and nerve pain. I also keep it by my bed in case a nighttime leg cramp starts; this stops the cramping in seconds. I've tried several brands of Mg cream and this is my favorite. It's non-greasy and not very sticky, absorbs fast and doesn't leave a white residue on the skin, and has a mild pleasant lemony scent. It also has a higher Mg concentration per fluid oz than other creams that I have tried. However, I had stopped using this cream by OM because it used to come in a plastic pump-canister that too often did not work well. A couple of times, the product arrive with the pump not working at all. Other times, it stopped pumping after days or weeks of use. When this happened, it was difficult to break into the container to get at the product. Fortunately, this cream now comes in a plastic squeeze tube. It's a great improvement and I'm buying this again!

I use Mg cream/lotion every day to relieve muscle and nerve pain. I also keep it by my bed in case a nighttime leg cramp starts; this stops the cramping in seconds. I've tried several brands of Mg cream and this is my favorite. It's non-greasy and not very sticky, absorbs fast and doesn't leave a white residue on the skin, and has a mild pleasant lemony scent. It also has a higher Mg concentration per fluid oz than other creams that I have tried. However, I had stopped using this cream by OM because it used to come in a plastic pump-canister that too often did not work well. A couple of times, the product arrive with the pump not working at all. Other times, it stopped pumping after days or weeks of use. When this happened, it was difficult to break into the container to get at the product. Fortunately, this cream now comes in a plastic squeeze tube. It's a great improvement and I'm buying this again!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Liking this product more as I use it!

I return to revise my review. I'm finding that this product really helps with the charley horses! I have them in both feet at night and in my left hand during the day. I'm finding also that it DOES help with sleep. The product is very thick, but you only need a little bit to cover a fairly large area, so it doesn't seem to me that you would want it to come out fast. Give it time! As some have said, the product is a bit difficult to dispense. The product is what I would describe as "stiff" or thick and might better be dispensed from a tube that can be squeezed It smells sort of dreadful, to be truthful. I don't find that it's anything special as a moisturizer, and the notion that it is a sleep aid has not proven to be the case wit me. For the money, it doesn't live up to the advertising and therefore not worth the cost.
