In short my only complaint is that it is NOT to be used in large heads like mine. I really wanted a good-sized headphones and sufficiently good, nice and cheap for any recording project. I stress these headphones are great but NOT for use as recording monitors. Now speaking specifically of the points:Pros. Excellent design. Very good sound for headphones for everyday use. Excellent external sound isolation. Good construction. The bag is beautiful and brings useful. Ipod control works perfectly and is well located.Cons: Size dela misleading photo box. a little thin wire (could be weak) NO brings adapter 1/4. Perhaps because the size of my head can be tightened a bit (I use them almost horizontal, as in the normal position I can't).In summary, the would return to buy but just to hear more music without pretensions of professional or semi professional use. I realized I'd been doing everything I could to preserve sound quality but listing through one set or another of totally meh ear-buds.The bills are bad this month so I went to the big pawnshop in my area, and tried several pairs of "pre-owned" headphones, and wound up with THESE. I don't know much about Bob Marley, and was a bit put off "at first anyway" at the Rasta-man color scheme that just tells mister police officer you are a good bet to hassle or search, but I got them for about 1/3 new price, so I thought "beggars and choosers" what can it hurt to try them? And I'm glad I did! You will NOT want to go back to earbuds!My pair has the optional mic and iDevice control which is well made and a big plus. Anyway to cut a long story short, I feel like I did listening to music in late 70s through the late 80s."When I had space and privacy for a real stereo" I feel like everything I've listened to the last decade and a half has been simply neutered. I can hear the tiniest details, I can clearly hear background singers, I am fascinated in how I can hear the bass lines of songs so clearly I can practically see them! I was listening to songs and realizing that a lot of music of the last 15 or so years I have not really HEARD! if these are "entry model earphones I'm afraid to hear their good ones!"Flat busted as I'm going to be this month, these were a happy purchase, I wouldn't have been disappointed in them at asking price, and at what I paid for them I am thrilled. And since they have a mic and are the optional Apple controller style they go from my phone to my Macbook Pro, to my iPod 160, to Skyping and WoW on my computer with ease. Good aluminum cups, comfortable leather and canvas, a cloth covered tangle free cord, even a storage bag. These are a buy with confidence product. I was impressed enough with these thatI want to move up to their midrange product later if the money is there, but I'll keep these.
