I wanted to like it..... The formula came out messy and gloppy and goopy on the brush. I thought I must be doing something wrong, so I re-inserted the brush and pulled it out with tons more mascara goop attached to the brush. Most, if not all, mascaras have a little gasket at the top of the inside of tube for the brush to go through to clean off the excess.
