## Questions & Answers

**Q: Would these be bright enough for Luminares?**
A: Dear customer: These small votive led candles are for decorations purpose, So it's not bright enough for Luminares. There are some other large candles with better brightness in our store, you can search 'B076J551HW' on amazon.com.

**Q: Do these candles have a smooth waxy feel or do they have more of a hard plastic feel?**
A: Dear customer:
YES. Our candles are made of premium new material with a little flexibility and feel smooth, better than the hard plastic used in other product.

**Q: I purchased a set without a remote; is it possible to buy one separately and for it to work with the candles?**
A: Dear customer:
These candles have no built-in remote control IC, so even if you buy one remote control separately, you can't control them. If you need remote candles, just click on the 'CANDLE IDEA' link which near the product title, and you will found there's a 10 PCS remote control votive candles.

Great thanks for your question.

**Q: Are there an flickering candles with a charging station ?**
A: None

### ⭐⭐ 8 of 24 candles are not working
*by I***K on 21 November 2023*

The product is good as on picture. Milk cost candles, that have very natural fake light. All go with batteries. The problem is that 8 candles of 24 are not working. When I switch it on they started to light but so poorly like they have old batteries inside or problems with electrical connection inside
