The Moso Natural Air Purifying Bag is a safe alternative- effectively clearing the air without any chemicals or fragrance. FRIENDLY Moso bamboo charcoal is a multi-use, sustainable material. After two years as an air purifier, simply cut open the Moso Bag and sprinkle the bamboo charcoal into your garden or potted plant. QUALITY We control the entire manufacturing process to ensure that the highest quality moso bamboo charcoal goes into each Moso Bag. You will be owning the best charcoal air purifying bag on the market. It’s All About the charcoal When it comes to air purification, Moso Natural leads the way. we use the highest quality charcoal to make each Moso Bag. During a specialized carbonization process which absorbs foul smell and bad odour instead of masking them, Moso bamboo is carefully baked into moso bamboo charcoal with special process hence unlike regular charcoal, moso bamboo charcoal has millions of ionically charged pores. These pores actively attract particles out of the air like a magnetic sponge, leaving your space fresh and clean. Moso Natural Bamboo charcoal bags are an all-natural and fragrance-free deodorizing option which are safe to use around pets and children. We keep using this word Moso , but what on earth is it? Moso (moh-soh) is the type of bamboo that we use to make our charcoal, hence, moso bamboo charcoal. It's the only ingredient inside all of our air purifying bags and we're pretty jazzed about it. Each piece of charcoal has millions of tiny porous holes that are able to magnetically attract particles and absorb them out of the air. Our charcoal is non-toxic and safe to use around children or pets. To convert bamboo into charcoal, you must first cut down the bamboo. Luckily, Moso grows back to full maturity within five years. The cut bamboo is dried for a few weeks, then slowly treated in a kiln at 750°C through a process called pyrolysis. In the absence of oxygen, all organic material is essentially ‘cooked off’ and all that is left is pure charcoal with millions of tiny pores and cavities. Another unique feature of our bamboo charcoal is its ionic charge, which you can think of like a magnet. When cooked properly, bamboo charcoal has a negative ionic charge. The less desirable molecules in the air, particularly odors, have a positive ionic charge. Once odor molecules are drawn into the charcoal, the positive ionic charge is ‘transformed’ into a neutral particle. This results in total elimination of odor.
