**Q: Would I need wooden 2x4 reinforcements or can I just directly mount my Spider 200 with cement anchors into my cement ceiling? I have a 70lbs bag**
A: You should be able to mount it directly to the cement. Anchor screws should say the amount of weight they can hold. Make sure the total weight adds up.
