The only thing I wish were different is that the shaft could be a little sturdier since it has a bit more flexibility than I expected. I also wish the handle were slightly more open because it feels a little tight in my hand, but that may just be personal preference. Even with those small notes, this is easily a five star umbrella. The quality, style, and overall craftsmanship make it worth every penny.

**Q: does it come with a sleeve?**
A: Yes, each Elite comes complete with matching sleeve.

**Q: Where is the loss protection number located?**
A: You will find the loss protection card attached to the hang tag, along with the original packaging

**Q: What is the length of this Umbrella? and can you use it for self defense?**
A: It is 35 1/2 from tip to handle but my husband put a rubber tip on the end for better walking support.  It is very strong.  As to using it for self defense, it is an umbrella!

**Q: is it ok to use as a cane**
A: I use my umbrellas as canes also. The shaft is sturdy enough and if you don't mind scratching up the metal tip, it functions well as a cane.

This is an incredible umbrella. The construction feels solid with beautiful detailing throughout that gives it a premium look and feel. The only thing I wish were different is that the shaft could be a little sturdier since it has a bit more flexibility than I expected. I also wish the handle were slightly more open because it feels a little tight in my hand, but that may just be personal preference. Even with those small notes, this is easily a five star umbrella. The quality, style, and overall craftsmanship make it worth every penny.
