Overall it is working out ok. The material seems to be of decent quality. Even covered the top with another tarp during extreme weather. It has torn at all 4 corners because of how tight the fit was. It also separated at the seam from the apron to the top itself on 3 sides including 1 that is never in the sun. The original top lasted 3 years solid with worse weather.
