I purchased five units for my cars and they all programmed with the same parameters. Each one does what it wants as and when, no consistency. One unit works as intended for fixed cameras and red light cameras, it does not report mobile cameras on the copilot but does on my phone. Other units fail to report mobile locations, some might throw in the odd one. All but one unit does not alert on my phone. The exceeding speed limit function does not work on any unit, period! I drove between Plymouth and St Austell the route has cameras everywhere, fixed and average speed. Some average speed cameras will trigger a response and the unit will flash with blue led’s, but these do not stop at the end of the zone and intermediate cameras do not register. The blue led’s stay on all the time until the unit goes to sleep. I have been trying to work with OOONO customer support, they advise me to change the batteries on brand new units? They are supposed to have a low battery warning, so OOONO recognise that their battery warning does not work. I have spent hours on these things, I was driving up the A1M and was caught on a speed camera that this piece of junk did not report! The A1M this is a major road not some country back water and the units missed camera’s there! I have zero confidence in these units, I have stuck with them since May and I am going to try Radarbot/Waze. I purchased these through Amazon back in May, I contacted customer service and explained the problems I was having and the lengths I had gone to, to try and work with OOONO to correct the problem without success.
