Built this with my nephew he is 4 and although it was challenging for him with a little patience we were able to get through it together. We have built 4 of these Monster Jam trucks and this was our first so we made some mistakes along the way but it was a fun time for us and after correcting some early mistakes building the rest was easy. It is a good size and fun for them with the motor that allows it so propel itself after you pull back on it.
