Finalement avec cette mandoline, je peux trancher, régler l'épaisseur de la tranche..mais aussi faire des juliennes de légumes et des petits dés (pratique pour des petites pommes de terre rissolées par exemple). Avec la fonction bâtonnets vous pouvez faire des frites, elles sont petites mais c'est rapide. J'ai pu aussi couper des tranches de saucisson sec vite fait.
