But maybe you can contact the manufacturer to be sure. I can not say a 100% for sure if it doesn't have those ingredients. Does anyone have experience with using this product on inverse patches?** A: I have a friend who recently discovered she has inverse psoriasis and was still using Dove body wash. Fun fact, that dries you out…a lot. I told her about this soap that I’ve used for over a year now with my plaque psoriasis and gave her a bar I had. She’s already on her second bar of soap and loves it. So I think based on her experience, it’s worth a shot for those with inverse as well. **Q: Can I use the bar soap as a shampoo bar?
