I use it every night for around 10 minutes after cleansing and toning so that it can help Rosehip oil absorption. The rolling parts are always very cool when I put it to my skin. Obviously after rolling for a couple of minutes it becomes warm, but then you can just switch to the other side whilst it cools down again. I don't have any wrinkles at 27 (yet) but have some muscles above my brows which are visible and annoy me, and this has really managed to iron them down. I also researched rolling techniques for lymphatic drainage as I have Rhinitis, and it definitely works. Overall it's also just really relaxing when you close your eyes for 10 minutes.
