Very relaxing smell. - These incense sticks smell amazing and are a fantastic value for the money. You get a generous quantity at a great price, making them an excellent purchase. The burn time is impressive, and the quality of the incense is consistently good. The fragrance is pleasant without being overpowering, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this is a great product and definitely a keeper. Highly recommended! Good texture. Recommend Review: Subtle sandalwood - I have tried a LOT of incense sticks with different scents, all from different companies- from Nag champa to bright boxes of Hem. I wasn't satisfied with my Sandalwood- scented collection. So, I ordered this one (I use this company's soap bar and thought the incense can't be THAT bad).😝 I checked my local Indian store and it was a dollar more than what is advertised here. So I ordered it from desertcart. It arrived on time and neatly packed. Even before I burnt it, I was quite impressed with the sheer quality of each stick. I was thick and VERY well made. The surface was SMOOTH which I am not used to see with incense from other brands. When I burnt it finally after admiring its 'beauty', I was floored with the scent- it's AWESOME!! Smells like the incense I remember from temples in India.. Simply divine and it does subtly smell like sandalwood. It's not a strong scent though but I am not complaining as I am happy with what I got. I will continue with my search for an incense that smells EXACTLY like sandalwood but in the meantime, this is good. I will definitely be buying more & I will recommend/ gift to a friend too! Nonetheless, this incense has a very pleasant, sweet and woody scent. It also doesn't produce the black, acrid smoke that turned me off incenses years ago. The scent also lasts for a while even after the incense burns out. I never timed the burn time (whoops, if I do that later, I'll come back to update this) but it's surprisingly long. Normally I prefer the core-less incense (like the Japanese brand Nippon Kodo's Morning Star incense line), but this has become my favorite. FYI, I found the scent is pretty close to Nippon Kodo's Morning Star sandalwood incense. I would definitely give this one a try. ## Frequently Bought Together - Mysore Sandal Incense - Six 20 Stick Tubes, 120 Sticks Total - From India - Mysore Sandal Soap, 150g (Pack of 3) - Mysore Sandal Soap (Pack of 4) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/261433977-mysore-sandal-incense-six-20-stick-tubes-120-sticks-total](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/261433977-mysore-sandal-incense-six-20-stick-tubes-120-sticks-total) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
