I can't swear to that, I did not do the math, but if that is correct you can use that number to determine the energy added to the system in a given period of time. If you want to just get a rough idea, then imagine the heat put out by four 100watt conventional light bulbs (some of that power is actually going to remove the water from the air)... or picture a hair-dryer set on very low (1/3 power). A fair bit of heat. **Q: Can it run CO all the time ?** A: If you mean continuously- you can leave it plugged in and set at a humidity level of your desire and the unit will turn on and run as it needs to in order to keep the moisture at the level it is set at. So in times of high humidity it will run longer versus dry times of the year. **Q: Does it automatically stop when water is full so i can take it out and drain it outside?** A: There is a hose attached and it drains continuously. Tried a little home unit before and it was a joke, filled up every few hours and I got tired of crawling in to dump the tank. This one drains on its own so I just set it and forget it. Got it running and within a couple days the humidity dropped way down. The smell is basically gone now. I like that there's no tank at all, the auto drain is the whole reason I went with it. The metal casing feels solid, not flimsy plastic, and the handle actually makes it easy to move around. Set the humidity level I wanted and it just holds it. The auto defrost thing kicks in when it gets cold and does its own cycle without me doing anything, which is nice for the winter months. One small thing, it's not silent. You'll hear it running if you're nearby, but down in the crawlspace it doesn't bother anyone. Overall really happy with it.
