This is insulating foam to put around a window unit air conditioner when the air conditioner is installed. It is excellent insulating foam for this purpose. **Q: My landlord uses tape for my 2 a/c install am i all set should i use this weather stripping tia?** A: I did not need any additional tape for securing AC unit. My opinion is you are good to go, save the money xtra tape for future repair if needed ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought it for a different use, but really wish it was taped *by D***E on 6 July 2024* Very dense foam and well priced and totally accurate description.
