I do not worry with a 7 They say overnight but I am fine with them day and night. Note: the small end goes to the front. I’ve tried all brands and for me Tena is the best. I have MS and these Pads make my life better. I say get the 7 and try them. Go from there ~ you can go down if need be. For me they are the best.
