Fully adjustable on both sides so you can get the perfect fit. You want it snug enough to block light, but not to tight as to be uncomfortable. **Q: Can you actually wear it all night when sleeping or does it move around when you toss and turn?** A: I sleep on my back and have had no problems. **Q: Does the strap cover ears or can they comfortably go around them** A: Thank you for your question! The Mindfold Mask has an adjustable strap that should adjust to your liking. **Q: how comfortable is it? if you where it all night is the area where the mask makes contact with your face a little itchy or uncomfortable?** A: I have purchased many styles of sleep masks over the years and what makes this mask unique is that my eyelashes do not touch the mask. With respect to comfort, it does take a little while to adjust the strap just right so that it stays in place without slipping. I don't find that it is at all itchy. I have worn this mask on long plane rides and for naps during the day: with this mask and a pair of foam ear plugs I am in my own little world and can rest comfortably. I think I have purchased 3 of these so far over the years.
