Having a Vitamin A supplement mainly helps my eye health; they get less tired during the day and somewhat less dry. Along with Zinc (from other supplement), it helps with my dry skin as well (I get fewer eczema patches). Vitamin B12 gives me a little boost of energy. Maybe these supplements helped a little with hair loss, but without really expecting it I noticed my skin was having less breakouts after the first 4-6 weeks. But the impact is rather small, it's a supplement I can easily live without. I do like they keep it simple, just the beef liver and the gelatin capsules.
