Based on the ingredients I think it should be but wanted to ask. Thank you!** A: I'm gluten sensitive and these noodles do not upset my digestive tract. And they're fun to cook with. **Q: What are the ingredients?** A: Rice flour and water. They are fantastic. **Q: Hello, are these noodles like the ones that pfchangs use in there chicken noodle soup? thank you** A: No, these are a little more sturdy, use for stir fried Thai dishes. I use them for making Drunken Noodles. Could you use them, sure but not the best for noodle soup. Good luck. IDK which they use, it seems more of an egg based noodle than these are. **Q: How long do they take to cook?** A: Hello! You have a few options: Some people get good results when they soak the noodles in water for 15 minutes or so. Then, the noodles can be added to your dish and cooked for a few minutes. Method #2: If you boil them right out of the bag, they need about 10 minutes to cook. It depends on how soft or al dente you prefer. Thank you! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wide Thai Rice Stick Noodles *by L***R on September 19, 2026* TASTE GOOD WITH TAI RECIPES ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy prep for 1 or 2. I love this product. *by D***S on August 10, 2026* If you enjoy pho and rice noodles, this is perfect. Easy to prepare and yummy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ No cooking instructions???? *by N***E on May 26, 2025* These worked well for my drunken noodles, not as thick as I would have liked but they held up well in the dish and were tasty. The reason for the three stars is there were no directions so I soaked in hot water for 15 minutes, rinsed in cool water, then boiled them for a couple of minutes. They could have boiled for 7 minutes and been better, I’ll do that next time. ## Frequently Bought Together - Wide Thai Rice Stick Noodles Xl (1cm) Pack of 2 (16 Ounce each) - Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce (16.9 oz - 1 Pack), Full-Bodied Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce, Non GMO Soybeans, Vegan, No MSG, Best for Adding Natural Colors to Stews, Gravies, Braised Dishes & Stir-Fried Noodles - Taste Of Thai Noodle Rice gluten free Extra wide, 16 Ounce (Pack of 1) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/25748455-wide-thai-rice-stick-noodles-xl-1cm-pack-of-2](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/25748455-wide-thai-rice-stick-noodles-xl-1cm-pack-of-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
