A: I would try the Bissell site for that info

**Q: Can the wood cleaner be used on laminate floors?**
A: Yes. I’ve used it many times and it works wonderfully. What’s great about it is that it does not leave streaks on dark floors.

**Q: What is the difference between 1785 A and 1785 F?**
A: Good question, Shirley - The difference is in the tool included. The 1785F includes our rug, hard floor, and multi surface brushes along with our wood and multi surface formulas.

**Q: Does this work with the purple colored cross wave pet pro?**
A: I do believe so.  It should say on the bottle.  But I see no problem using that, in your pet pro.

I’m very pleased with the BISSELL Wood Floor Formula for my CrossWave/SpinWave. It easily lifts everyday dirt and grime while leaving sealed wood floors looking clean, refreshed, and naturally shiny—without a cloudy residue or noticeable streaks. The light lemon scent makes the whole room smell fresh without being overwhelming. I also appreciate that it is made for sealed hard floors and is safe to use around kids and pets when used as directed. It is an easy, dependable choice for keeping hardwood floors looking their best between deeper cleanings.

I've used other products in my Crosswave simply because this product costs way more than other multipurpose cleaners (Mr. Clean, Mrs. Meyer's, Method). The price is a deterrent for me. With the other cleaners I've tried, the floors get clean, look nice, and there is no haze or streaking. The problem, to varying degrees per cleaner, is they bubble up. Mrs. Meyer's was by far the worst, even when I just used a tiny bit. It stays in the machine, and I have to run a bottle of plain hot water to get all the suds gone. I bit the bullet and went back to purchasing this due to concerns I had about damaging my machine. This formula is less of a hassel to use as it never foams up, cleans well, and has a clean smell. I just wish it were more affordable. All of the floors in my 2 story home are luxury vinyl planks except for the main stairs, so I find myself using a lot of product simply due to the frequency and duration I have to clean them. I have children and cats as well. I love being able to just buy one concentrated, more affordable cleaner for most of my cleaning needs, so I will continue to look for one that works better in my machine. In the meantime, I am back to buying this, which is a great product, but priced higher than I appreciate. One of these bottles only lasts me maybe 2.5 weeks.
