Kids love this, I'm a little less impressed. It's not awful, and has a ton of usable features, but I just cannot seem to find the perfect toasting spot amongst all the choices. To be fair, my last toaster was simple; put toast in, press lever, toast pops up done. This one you have to make sure everything is in the right place for whatever you are toasting. Again, kids are crazy impressed with it, and it's hard to impress all of them with something. It does seem to be well made, so I think I'll be able to figure it out before it dies.
