Matilde Vicenzi is a large international family run group that has brought the excellence of Italian Confectionery art to the world since 1905. All products are made, from the dough to the cooking, according to the teachings of the Italian pastry tradition. The typical fragrance and lightness of all Vicenzi puff pastry is guaranteed by the production plant that processes the dough up to 192 very thin layers. The process of slow cooking up to 20 minutes, mainly dedicated to short crust pastry, is typical of artisan pastry and helps to preserve the fragrance and flavor of the natural taste of good and genuine things as it once was. The immediate packaging in line and the care of the packaging, thanks to the use of wrappers designed for the conservation needs of each item, allow to keep the organoleptic properties of the products unchanged. ## Features - Made with a unique and traditional recipe, they have a 192-layer puff pastry shell, fragrant and crunchy, inside which a rich custard is enclosed - Each Mini Snack is individually wrapped and ideal for enjoying the pleasure of Italian Millefoglie even outside the home; perfect for adults and children, for a greedy break - In the package there are 5 mini snacks with custard of 25 g each - The premium ingredients are carefully selected, in full respect of the ancient confectionery tradition that characterizes Matilde Matilde Vicenzi - INGREDIENTS: Pastry cream 40% (sugar, palm oil, sunflower oil, whey powder, ALMONDS, skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring, flavorings), WHEAT flour, margarine vegetable (palm oil, sunflower oil, water), sugar, salt, BUTTER, flavorings.
