I used it most in high school when I was a swimmer. The chlorine was damaging my hair but this hair oil DEFINITELY saved my hair. I like it because it's not super greasy, you can have it on for days and your hair doesn't feel oily at all. It has a pleasant smell and it does a wonderful job with frizziness and damaged hair.
