I think it’s made a very good quality materials. Comes with a little base. Has an Asian look to me. So far it works great.. and is a pleasure to have. I’m really glad I got it.

A must have in a kitchen. Sharpens the knife's razor smooth. It takes a little to get used to on how to use the knife on the stone , but once you get the hang of it it's all clear sailing.
