Or do you practically have to hang upside down?** A: It sends a gentle spray, but it is not like a fire hose. I inhale through my nose when I use it; you will have to determine for yourself if that's right for you. By the way, I love this stuff! **Q: Can this be used in a nebulizer?** A: This is to be used as a nasal spray (just like it says). I would NOT put it in a nebulizer unless a doctor says it's okay & I don't think you'll find a doctor that would okay this. **Q: Is this 4 oz or 1.69 Oz? The price per ounce and the shipping and item weight in the description** A: The price if 6.50 with Prime is per bottle that contains 5ml or 1.69 oz. **Q: Does this help eliminate post-nasal drip?** A: No I still have thick mucus and runny nose.I have no answer, just a question, why? ## Frequently Bought Together - Alkalol Solution Saline Nasal Spray, 1.69 Ounce - Alkalol Solution Original Nasal Wash, 3 Count -16 fl oz, 16 fl oz (pack of 3) - Alkalol - A Natural Soothing Nasal Wash, menthol, 2 Piece Set 1 Count --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/255609530-alkalol-company-saline-nasal-spray-with-essential-oils-1-69](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/255609530-alkalol-company-saline-nasal-spray-with-essential-oils-1-69) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
