I love the smell, honestly it kind of smells like sweet tarts candy. Not overpowering, but a fun scent to me. I recently started using tretinoin and my skin has been peeling and adjusting slowly. This helps to keep my face from drying out so much, without stinging like a few others I've tried with raw skin. My T-zone is naturally oily while the rest of my face it usually dry and chaps easily. I've noticed my skin dries out less and doesn't get any oilier than normal which is a relief.
