Our Thai Red Curry is made with red chillies that impart a bright, sweet heat as well as the vibrant flavours of lemongrass, kaffir lime, corriander roots, garlic and galangal. These strong flavours are balances with coconut milk, sweet shallots and palm sugar. Thai red curry is as vibrant in colour as it is in flavour, and works so well with almost every ingredient. Our version of this curry is made with no nasties and we are really proud to say that it is suitable for vegetarians as there is no fish sauce or shrimp paste! Ingredients Creamed coconut (48%), coconut extract, water, water, garlic, lemongrass (2.5%), sunflower oil, dried sugar cane juice, sugar, galangal root, basil (1%), salt, coriander leaves, ground spices (1%), makrut lime leaves, dried whole spices (red chilli, makrut lime leaves, black peppercorns), rice flour, soy sauce (water, SOYA beans, WHEAT, salt), chilli powder, onion powder, ground black pepper, ground white pepper, paprika extract P.when('A').execute(function(A) { A.on('a:expander:toggle_description:toggle:collapse', function(data) { window.scroll(0, data.expander.$expander[0].offsetTop-100); }); }); Directions Serves 2-3 1.
