Yo los utilizo para hacer huevos benedictinos, en donde meto los moldes hundidos en agua de 80 a 90 grados y dentro de los moldes pongo los huevos de 5 a 8 minutes para pochear los. Funciona pero lo que no megusto es que son medio delgados y se mueven mucho en agarar los, lo que puede romper el huevo pocheado con un termino blando, requiere pratica para que te acostumbras en como tratar los para que funcionen bien.
