All adult sizes of the compression shorts (with the exception of X-Small) Come with a large cup. If you are referring to the Boy’s sizes, the Boys Large comes with as small cup abd the Boys XL short comes with a Medium cup. The adult Large is going to be the largest cup size we off that is paired together with a short. IF you look to buy just the cup however, we do offer an XL in both the BioFlex , Ultra Carbon Flex Cup, and the Titan Alloy Flex Cup.
